UX assessment and design of responsive website system informs client usability and user interface upgrades


Managing the website with all the options was not accomplishing the mission or the promise of the potential of the sites objectives. Versace needed to understand how the site might help clients better navigate the site, by facilitating the most used portions of the site with the marketing objectives.


I utilized best practices in information display, performed a Red route usability analysis to create an interface that allows users to obtain their navigation destination at a glance. Using an iterative design process, I elicited feedback from representative users to make ongoing improvements throughout the design process.
